May 24 - September 3 Summer Vacation in Branson
$135/night ($810.00/week) plus 12.35% taxes and $90 cleaning.
3 night minimum
Guests renting both units full week = discount rate $130/unit or $780/week
plus $96.33 (12.35% tax) and $90 cleaning
September 4 - January 2, 2024 Fall In To Holidays
$125/night ($750.00 week) plus 12.35% taxes and $90 cleaning.

Condo Units are NON Smoking and NO Pets are allowed
A $250 charge will be assessed for any violation of this policy
Resort Access Card loss will result in $25 replacement fee.
Excessive Cleaning required billed at $25/hr
These units are not Timeshare units
Units are Privately Owned and Managed by the owner
MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE
Taxes and utilities are included for extended stays during the winter months
Cleaning fee for Monthly Rental will be $150 per month

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more ahead of arrival will receive full refund
of amount paid less a handling fee of $25. Fees incurred will not be reimbursed.
Reservations cancelled 14-30 days ahead of arrival will forfeit 1/2 (half)
amount paid.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days of arrival will forfeit full amount paid
unless owner is able to re-rent for the dates reserved
We will do our very best to re-rent the condo(s) and will not charge for any
of the dates we are able to re-rent
Owner has the right to waive any part of this cancellation policy due to
emergencies or weather conditions
100% credit of the amount paid could be used for dates at another time
providing there is availability.
